Oklahoma Sports Park to host 2018 Winter Nationals

Fans begin to arrive at the Oklahoma Sports Park earlier this year. The local dirt track will host the 2018 Winter Nationals at 4 p.m. Saturday, the final racing day of the season.

The Oklahoma Sports Park will wrap up its 2018 racing season with its annual Winter National races Saturday afternoon.

Gates will open at 2 p.m. with races to begin at 4 p.m. at the local dirt track, located 10 miles northwest of Ada on state Highway 3W.

Five different divisions will compete on the big night, including Pure Stocks, E Mods, Street Sticks, E Mod Jrs and Sports Mods.

Drivers from the Sooner Late Model Series will also be making an appearance.

Kids are encouraged to dress up in their costumes and trick or treat at the cars for a Halloween edition of Fan Appreciation night during intermission.

“It should be a great night of racing to end our season,” said OSP track owner George Welch.

Admission is $15 per person and $13 for senior citizens and kids ages 11-15. Children age 10 and under are admitted free.

Pit passes are available for $30.
