DA rules officer-involved shooting 'justified'

Police investigate the scene of an officer-involved shooting Sept. 21 in the 900 block of E. Arlington Street. Officers were called to the home of 29-year-old Ada resident Jeffrey Peterson regarding an ongoing domestic disturbance. Upon their arrival, authorities say, the dispute escalated and Peterson was shot and killed by police.
