Stewart, Plunk to wed in August

Allen —

Mike and Jana Stewart announce the engagement of their daughter, JJ Stewart of Roff, to Clay Plunk of Byng.

The couple plan to wed at 2 p.m. Aug. 2, 2014, at Bethel Free Will Baptist Church in Allen. Josh Lee will officiate the ceremony. 

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mike and Jana Stewart of Roff. She graduated from Roff High School in 2012 and will graduate in December from East Central University with a bachelor's degree in biology. She is employed by the Chickasaw Nation at Sovereign Family Practice Clinic. She is the granddaughter of Bobby and Neva Jo Stewart of Connerville, Vernon Brown of Roff and Ellen Green of Roff. 

The prosective groom is a 2007 Byng High School graduate and a 2011 graduate from East Central University. He has a bachelor's degree in elementary education and is employed by Roff Public Schools. He is the grandson of Violet Long of Allen and Olen and Mary Ann Curry of Atoka.
