Holt, Ward exchange vows in Ada

Ada — Exchanging wedding vows July 10, 2010, were Haley Michelle Holt and Scott Lynn Ward, both of Ada. Jarrod Newby officiated the 4:30 p.m. ceremony at Center Free Will Baptist Church.

The bride is the daughter of Rocky and Vickie Holt, Ada. She is the granddaughter of Leroy and Sue Willoughby, Ada, and Council and Nora Holt, Fittstown.

Parents of the bridegroom are Delbert and Tammy Wall, Stratford. He is the grandson of Don Cosby and  Paulette Laxton, both of Stratford, and Eugene and Lisa Ward, Sasakwa.

The bride was given in marriage by her father and mother.

Merinda Cooper, sister of the bride, Ada, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Alex Jones, Ashlee Strawn, both of Ada, and Donna Cosby, cousin of the bridegroom, Stratford.

Best man was Shane Ward, brother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Scotty Bates, Ada, Richard Cooper, brother-in-law of the bride, Ada, and Nick Cosby, cousin of the bridegroom, Stratford.

Ushers were Blake Cooper, nephew of the bride, Ada, and Clint Cosby, cousin of the bridegroom, Stratford.

Flower girl was Kara Cosby, cousin of the bridegroom, Stratford. Kaitlin Cooper, niece of the bride, Ada, was miniature bride. Ring bearer was Doltin Holt, brother of the bride, Ada

Greeters were Riley Cooper, nephew of the bride, Ada, and Colton Cosby, cousin of the bridegroom, Stratford.

The families of the bride and bridegroom hosted a reception following the ceremony.
