Devereaux, Flanders united in marriage

RICHARDSON, Texas — —  

Jill Renae Devereaux, Richardson, Texas, formerly of Ada, Okla., and Arik Jacob Flanders, Richardson, exchanged wedding vows March 10, 2012, at First Methodist Church in Oklahoma City. The Rev. Travis Muse officiated the 6 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Becky and Russell Payton, Oklahoma City, and Chuck and Jan Devereaux, Stratford, Okla. She is the granddaughter of Leora Gallup, Ada, and the late Pat Gallup, and June Devereaux, Durant, Okla., and the late Mark Devereaux.

Parents of the bridegroom are Connie Flanders, Frankton, Ind., and the late Monte Flanders, John and Bette Flanders, Arcadia, Ind., and the late Carrol and Virginia Rider.

Chuck Devereaux gave his daughter in marriage. 

Maid of honor was Becky Payton, Oklahoma City, mother of the bride. Bridesmaid was Jacey Martin, Oklahoma City, sister of the bride.

Best man was Joey Mahoney, Frankton, Ind. Groomsman was Ian Gonzales, Hollywood, Fla.,

Ushers were Heath Payton, Oklahoma City, brother of the bride, Justin Payton, Oshkosh, Wis., brother of the bride, Chase Devereaux, Stratford, Okla., brother of the bride, and Dan Gross, Indianapolis, Ind., brother-in-law of the bridegroom.

Flower girls were Leah Martin and Ashley Martin, nieces of the bride, Oklahoma City. Ring bearer was Jack Andis, nephew of the bridegroom, Frankton, Ind.

Candlelighters were Kobe Payton, Pauls Valley, nephew of the bride, and Tyler Andis, nephew of the bridegroom, Frankton, Ind.

A reception was held at Oklahoma History Center. Hosts were parents of the bride, Becky and Russell Patyon and Chuck and Jan Devereaux. 

Wedding attendants were Ky Davis, Oklahoma City, sister of the bride; Kelin Andis, Frankton, Ind., sister of the bridegroom; Lauren Gross, Indianapolis In., sister of the bridegroom; Erica Payton, Oskosh, Wis., sister-in-law of the bride.

The couple is at home in Richardson, Texas, following a wedding trip to Europe which included Italy, Germany and France.
