OSBI investigating Oklahoma man’s death

Moore — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says it is taking over the investigation into the death of a man outside an Oklahoma movie theater. 

The OSBI says in a statement that it will look into the death of 44-year-old Luis Rodriguez at the request of Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn. Rodriguez died following an altercation with police early Saturday morning in a parking lot outside a theater in Moore.
