COACH’S QUOTE: “This was a good win for us against a very-talented, well-coached and pretty highly-ranked (Class) 4A team. Madron pitched well, but our defense was less than stellar at times. However, our offense came alive at the right times to give us the opportunity to secure the win. We have some things to work on, but with hard work I think we’ll continue to improve,” — Konawa head coach Doug Isaacs.
