NOTEWORTHY: Stonewall was outscored by a 9-3 margin in overtime as the Lady Longhorns dropped a 67-61 decision to Calera on Tuesday night. Taylor Pickett poured in a game-leading 30 points, including a pair of treys, to fuel the winners, and Maddie Partain followed with 11. Justice Dees fueled Stonewall with 15 points, as she also grabbed seven rebounds and had two assists. Shania Bills followed with 12 points, including one 3-pointer, and a pair of steals, and Alexis Lambert registered a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds. Taylor Barrett finished with 10 points, including a pair of treys, in a losing cause. The two teams were deadlocked at 58 at the end of regulation. The Lady Longhorns doubled up Calera in the first quarter by an 18-9 count. Stonewall had a 30-27 edge at halftime but trailed 45-44 entering the fourth.

NOTEWORTHY: Tarin Dubler drilled four 3-pointers and finished with 22 points as Asher earned a 49-25 win at Macomb on Tuesday night. Chelsy Bottom followed with eight points while Tristan Milburn and Shelby Fleming chipped in seven apiece. The Lady Indians, who held a slim 13-10 lead after one quarter, blew the game open with a 17-3 second quarter to lead 30-13 at halftime. Asher increased its lead with a 10-3 spurt in the third to hold a 40-16 advantage heading into the fourth period.
