NOTEWORTHY: John Umsted fired in 19 points and Chisum Henry had 14 as Tupelo ripped host Earlsboro, 63-51, on Tuesday. Henry sank a pair of 3-pointers and Umsted connected on one. Bry Bratcher followed with nine points, including one trey, for the Tigers. Ben Meek recorded six rebounds and four steals to go with his six points and Josh Gragg grabbed nine rebounds to go with his two points. Tupelo doubled up Earlsboto by a 16-8 count in the first quarter and went on to a 31-21 halftime advantage. The Tigers held a 46-34 lead, heading into the fourth.
