Trent Storts gives All-State credit to his basketball teammates

Tulsa —      Rarely does a high school athlete strive to make All-State. The focus is more on winning a state championship. But playing in one, regardless of the sport, can be icing on the cake.

     That was the case for Latta’s Trent Storts, who played his last prep basketball game Thursday night in the All-State boys’ game at Oral Roberts University's Mabee Center.

     “It’s fun,” he said. “You never know if you’re going to get to play in it. I’m just blessed to have the abilities I got from God. I’m thankful.”
