NOTEWORTHY: Jake Hawley tipped in an offensive rebound at the buzzer to give Vanoss the overtime win over 18th-ranked (Class A) Stratford and snap the Bulldogs’ 10-game winning streak. Derral Isaacs’ tip-in at the end of regulation (one of his seven offensive rebounds after intermission) tied the game at 65-all and send the game into overtime, as the Wolves rallied from a 50-41 deficit after three quarters. Nickolas Riddle scored 19 points to lead four Vanoss players in double figures, joining Isaacs (15 points and 10 rebounds), Tyler Mackey (14) and Hawley (12), and the Wolves were a sparkling 15-of-18 from the free throw line. Garan Qualls had 23 for Stratford, and T. J. Gaines (20) and Jeremy Lavorchek (13) were also in double figures in the loss.

NOTEWORTHY: The undefeated Tigers jumped out to a 19-4 first quarter lead and never looked back as they thrashed the Wanette Tigers. Dearth Parker lead all scorers with 23 points, including five 3-pointers. Jessey Thompson was right behind with 18 points (four from behind the arc), and Jason Trimmer also reached double digits with 11.
