Becca Crow also had a solid outing with nine points and seven rebounds, Jennifer Sandmann added eight points, and Kalee Pebworth added seven for the Lady Wildcats.

NOTEWORTHY: Courtney Evans had 10 points and Kourtney Harris added eight points and a game-high 10 rebounds to lead Stratford to the upset of Vanoss. The Lady Bulldogs, who beat Roff in their season opener Tuesday, led throughout, and their balanced scoring offset a 17-point effort by Vanoss guard Jessica Welch.

NOTEWORTHY: Senior Hilary Kuestersteffen scored 12 points, and sophomores Kassandra McClain and Chelsa Porter were also in double figures as Konawa — No. 3 in Class 2A — routed Maud. McClain had a solid all-around game with 10 points, seven rebounds (all offensive) and three assists, and Porter scored 11 points for the Lady Tigers. Senior Erin Fixico didn’t score but had eight of Konawa’s 15 steals, four rebounds and four assists in the win.

NOTEWORTHY: Holly Caldwell and Sierra Barnhart combined for 38 points, and Calvin converted 24-of-28 free throws to just 2-of-12 for Allen en route to the easy victory. Allen, which trailed 29-13 at the break, trimmed the deficit to six in the third quarter but couldn’t get closer. Lorissa Skelton and Tiffany Postoak were in double figures for the Lady Mustangs.
