NOTEWORTHY: Shanna Davidson scored 22 points and added five rebounds, five steals and five assists to lead Tupelo to the easy road win. Chesna Henry was also in double figures with 10 points, and Kelsie Warner added eight points and seven rebounds for the Lady Tigers, who shot 52 percent from the field. Tupelo hit almost 80 percent of its shots in a first half that ended with the Lady Tigers up 34-16. Erin Casey scored 13 points to pace Asher.

NOTEWORTHY: Brettney had a double-double (14 points, 10 steals) and added three assists, and Stonewall (No. 19 in Class A) rode a dominant second-half defensive effort to the impressive conference win. The Lady Longhorns totaled 26 steals — including six from Savannah Burwell (who also had nine points) and five from Kim Helms off the bench — and held Vanoss to eight second-half points after leading just 21-16 at intermission. Katie Priest had nine points and Gage Parker added eight for the Lady Wolves in the loss.
