ECU's Hull honored for third time

ECU Sports InformationEast Central’s Chloe Hull was named the Great American Conference Goalkeeper of the Week for the third time this fall.

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – For the third time during the 2017 season, East Central University soccer junior Chloe Hull has been named the Great American Conference Goalkeeper of the Week.

The Moore native helped the Tigers earn a tie with Harding and defeat Ouachita Baptist on a key league road trip last weekend. ECU earned four points for the weekend and moved from fifth to fourth in the GAC standings.

Hull earned her third shutout of the season in a 1-0 win against Ouachita. Over the weekend, she recorded a 0.45 goals against average and a .889 saves percentage, with eight saves and one goal allowed.

Hull has a 0.86 goals against average for the season and a .849 saves percentage, with 45 saves and a 4-2-2 record. She was also named the GAC Goalkeeper of the Week for Sept. 19 and Sept. 26.

East Central is back in action at 6 p.m. today against Northwestern in Alva.
