5 Star Sports has Ada High schedule rights

ADA — Ada High School has granted 5 Star Sports the exclusive rights to produce full color sport schedule products for the school. 

5 Star Sports — formally named Game On Promotions — will be obtaining community sponsorships to benefit the Ada High School athletic department.

Any other company attempting to obtain sponsors for a like project is doing so without the school’s permission.

Ada Football Ceremony

ADA — The 2010 Ada High Football Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. at the Cougar Activity Center. 

The event, to honor the 2010 Ada High football team, is open to all fans.

Ada Lady Cougar

to host Jingle Bell Jam

ADA — The Ada Lady Cougars are hosting a “Jingle Ball Jam”, winter basketball clinic for girls in grades kindergarten through fourth grade Monday, Dec. 20 inside the Cougar Activity Center.

The clinic runs from 8 a.m. to noon and will feature special guest speaker La’Neishea Caufield-Daniels, an All-American member of the 2002 National runner-up Oklahoma Sooners basketball team and former Lady Cougar. 

Cost is $25 per student which includes T-shirt and snacks. Campers will gain free admission to Ada High’s basketball doubleheader against Ardmore on Jan. 11 by wearing their camp T-shirt.
