COACHES QUOTE: “We played a very difficult golf course in pretty strong winds today. A fourth place finish is OK, but not at all what we were looking for at the start of the day. We were beaten by Elk City who will be a team we have to beat if we hope to win a championship this year. Wyatt and Alex both played well today. It seems like we have had two people play good each round this year, but that is not good enough. I need at least two people out of the bottom four players to step up and start playing more to their capabilities. We need to post some scores down around 300 to 305 not the 320’s and 330’s. The good teams stay in the teens and below. We are a good team, we just need to start showing it. Hard work is what will get us there, and I know the kids will put in the work,” — Ada head coach Robbie Powell.
