Fall festival set Wednesday night at The Refuge church

ADA — The Refuge, 1001 Tipton Terrace, hosts a fall festival Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 6-8 p.m. Events include candy, hayrides, games, prizes, inflatables and a fire truck.

The event is free and open to the public.

Lovelady Baptist Church hosts fall festival and truck or treat

ADA — Lovelady Baptist Church hosts its annual fall festival Sunday, Oct. 28, at 5:30 p.m.

Hot dogs will be served at 5:30 p.m. and the children's carnival begins at 6 p.m.

The church is also conducting a children's trunk or treat at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31. This family event is open to the public.

 

Mark of the beast discussed in Bible study at New Life Church

ADA — New Life Church of the Apostolic Faith conducts a study on the mark of the beast mentioned in Revelation 13 or the Bible.

Lightning Ridge Baptist Church hosts fall festival Sunday

ROFF — Lightning Ridge Baptist Church, 19024 County Road 3460 at Roff, hosts a fall festival at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28. Events include a chili cook-off and dessert contest, games, food, Bible devotion and candy amount guessing game.

 

Maud Church of God conducts revival services Oct. 29-Nov. 4

MAUD — Church of God at Maud hosts a revival Monday through Sunday, Oct. 29-Nov. 4, with evangelist D. Sanford of Hattiesburg, Miss.

Services begin at 7 each evening and 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday. After Sunday morning service, dinner will be served.
