Dear Editor,

In reference to an article I recently read in the local newspaper about education, "How Far Will We Go," I was wondering how many people who received their high school diplomas in the state of Oklahoma 60 years ago are still living?

I am one of those people. As I drive on the streets of Ada, I try to observe the speed limit signs. I have a suggestion. I would like to see 20 mph speed limits on the streets in front of mortuaries and hospitals. It maybe would make people think, 'that could be you or me in there,' and to have some respect. The speed limit would exclude ambulances, fire trucks and first responders.

Congratulations to all the 1955 graduates of the great state of Oklahoma! Living and learning.God bless all.
