Former UCLA guard Bryce Alford appears headed to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Sunday, Alford posted on Instagram that he will sign with OKC on what is likely a non-guaranteed training camp contract.

“Extremely excited to announce I will be signing with the Oklahoma City Thunder,” Alford wrote. “I feel very honored and blessed to have such an amazing opportunity with a great organization! Thank you to everyone who has supported me through my journey. I’m ready to get to work!”

Alford, son of UCLA coach Steve Alford, became the school’s fifth all-time leading scorer this past season. He shot 43 percent from 3-point range as a senior for the Bruins, making 116 of 270 treys while averaging 15.5 points per game.

His 329 career 3-pointers are most in UCLA history.
