ADA — Graveside services for Clifford Wayne Pearce, 73, Ada, are 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at Rosedale Cemetery, Jesse Rodgers officiating.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, Sept. 3, from 7-8 p.m. at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home.

Longtime resident of Ada, Mr. Pearce died Friday, Aug. 30, 2013,  in Ada. He was born Sept. 15, 1939, at Rush Springs to Marion and Lena Morgan Pearce.  

Mr. Pearce nad Linda Towler were married April 15, 1966, in Ada.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Linda, of the home; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael Pearce of Ada and Kenneth and Teresa Pearce of Mustang; a brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Rose Pearce of Ada; a sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Harry Ellis of Van Buren, Ark.; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild and many longtime friends, neighbors, nieces and nephews.

Mr. Pearce was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and two sisters.
