Mark Kevin McCurtain

Pontotoc — Services for Mark Kevin McCurtain, 51, of Pontotoc are 2 p.m. Friday at Blue Baptist Church. The Rev. Larry Hawkins will officiate. Burial will follow at Seely-Blue Cemetery.

Mr. McCurtain died Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at a Tishomingo hospital. He was born Aug. 19, 1962, in Lawton to Zenetta Faye McCurtain. He attended grade school in Oklahoma City and graduated from high school in Las Vegas, Nev. He also attended East Central University in Ada.

Mr. McCurtain was employed with the Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce in the accounting department as a bookkeeper. He was a member of Blue Baptist Church and a fisherman and gardener.

Survivors include his mother, Zenetta “Faye” McCurtain of Pontotoc; a brother, Max McCurtain of Las Vegas, Nev.; a daughter, Monica McCurtain of Las Vegas, Nev.; a special friend, Theresa Tiger, Ada; a step-son, Thomas Worcester of Midwest City and several nieces and nephews.

Bearers will be Watson Wagon, Stanley Factor, Clifford Walker, Felix Shico, Thomas Worcester and Shannon Deere.
