Charles Reuben Wilson

Ada — Services for Charles Reuben Wilson, 80, of Ada, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Floyd Kaiser officiating. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. Open visitation will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Wilson died Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at his home in Ada. 

He was born Feb. 15, 1934, to Reuben and Ruth (Wortman) Wilson in Ada. He served in the United States Navy. 

Mr. Wilson married his wife, Nancy, July 30, 1966, in Fontana, Calif. The couple lived in the Ada area since 1969. 

Survivors inlcude wife Nancy Wilson of the home; son Kyle and wife Shenny Wilson of Ada; daughter  Pamela and husband Quentin Brown of North Carolina; sister  Ann Alder of Wisconsin; daughter-in-law  Nikki Wilson of Ada; five grandchildren Kody, Kayla, Clay, Taylor and Hunter Wilson; and many more friends and relatives. 

Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his parents and son, Clay Wilson.
