Gerald Dean Hurley

Services for Gerald Dean Hurley, 51, of Kiowa, Kan., are 2 p.m. Friday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Jesse Rodgers officiating. Burial follows at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. Hurley died Monday, June 3, 2013, in Kiowa, Kan. He was born Dec. 14, 1961, in Oklahoma City to William Dean Hurley Sr. and Wynona Main Hurley. He graduated from Ada (Oklahoma) High School and attended college.

Mr. Hurley was a paramedic for Barber County, Kansas EMS for 12 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Kiowa.

Survivors include his mother, Wynona Hurley, Ada; his fiancé, Olivia Diaz, Kiowa, Kan.; a son, Nathan Hurley, Norman; a daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Chris Baker, Hugo; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Deana Ray and Daniel Luce, Ada, Debbie and Dan Langston, Seattle, Wash., and Charletta Upton, Ardmore; his grandson, Christian Baker; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, and a brother, William Dean Hurley, Jr.
