Clinton Hunter


Services for Clinton Earl Hunter, 91, Kerrville, are 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013,  at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville with burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Kerrville. Viewing started at 10 a.m. Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Grimes Funeral Chapels.

Mr. Hunter died May 9, 2013. He was born Feb. 12, 1922, in Hoffman, Okla.

He was husband to Donita Griffin Hunter and father to Gary Dean Hunter and his wife, Kathy, of Abilene, Stanley Alan Hunter of Carrollton, and Larry Dale Hunter and his wife, Nancy, of Kerrville.

Survivors also include a brother, Bobby Hunter and his wife, Billie, of Greenville, Texas; granddaughter Stephanie Renee Hunter-Drago and husband, Freddy, of Cisco, Texas; several nieces and nephews, including extended family members Andrea Lewis and daughter, Madalynn, Kevin Lewis and his wife, Crystal, and daughter Riley.

He was preceeded in death by his mother, Laura Bundy Hunter; father, Ben Hunter; brother, Chester Hunter;  and sister, Alma Hunter Burke.
