Lucille Wilmeth

Ada —

Services for Lucille Harmon Wilmeth, 84, Ada, are 2 p.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Earl Hood officiating. Burial follows at New Bethel Cemetery.

Mrs. Wilmeth died Friday, April 19, 2013, at a local nursing home. She was born May 20, 1928, in Fannin County, Texas, to Benjamin Harmon and Mable Fair Harmon. She attended Tabler Schools in Grady County, Okla. 

She married Odis Wilmeth on Sept. 20, 1944. He died July 12, 1996.

Mrs. Wilmeth was a housekeeper with the Holiday Inn and Best Western motels. She was also a homemaker.

Survivors include one daughter, Martha Dixon, Ada; one son, Charles Wilmeth and wife, Sue, of Stratford; 10 grandchildren, Stacy Wilmeth, Jimmy Don  Wilmeth, Lloyd Wilmeth, Micheal Wilmeth, Jason Wilmeth, Jeff Dixon, all of Ada, Chris Wilmeth of Sterling, Okla., Cody Wilmeth of Lawton, Sharla Dixon of Ada and Carol Picazo of Marlow; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three sisters, Jackie Sue of Cement, Sharon Rose of New Mexico and Lenora Bennett of Chickasha. 

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Marie Wilmeth, and a son Wayne Wilmeth.

Bearers will be grandsons.
