Gary Lee Allred

Allen —

Services for Gary Lee Allred, 51, of Allen are 1 p.m. Thursday at Allen school auditorium,  Coy Howry officiating. Burial follows at the Atwood Cemetery.

Mr. Allred died Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, at his home. He was born Oct. 8, 1961, in Ada to Jim and Mary Allred. 

He lived in this area all his life. He attended Allen grade school and graduated from Allen High School. He received an associate’s degree in electronics from OSU Technical School in Okmulgee.

Mr. Allred was a maintenance worker at J.P. EMCO. He was a member of Atwood Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Chance Allred, of the home; a daughter, Jaime Allred, of the home; his parents, Jim and Mary Allred of Allen; sister, Pamela Sanders and her husband Brent of Allen; nephew, Trent Sanders of Allen; two uncles, Ed Allred and wife Betty of Ada and David Allred and wife Sandra of Allen; two aunts, Barbara Stuart of Ada, and Gwen Shandy of Okmulgee; several cousins and numerous other relatives.

Bearers are Bill Maloy, Gary Henry, Jason Erickson, Ted Burns, Tommy Epperly and Floyd Neugin. Honorary bearer is James Bevel.
