ADA — Services for Angela Della “Angie” Ray, 47, Ada, are 2 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church, Dr. George Warren officiating. Visitation is at Criswell Funeral Home today from 6-8 p.m.

Ms. Ray died May 8, 2006, at a local hospital. She was born Dec. 2, 1958, at Oklahoma City, to Jack Ray and Yvonne Mayberry Ray. She attended Moore Elementary Schools and graduated from Ada High School. She and her family moved to Ada in 1974 from Norman. Ms. Ray received a bachelor of science degree in education in May 1982 from East Central University and she received a master of religious education in May 1989 from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Ms. Ray was a teacher of music education in the Ada Public School System, the Piper USD in Kansas City, Kans., Wanette/Asher Public Schools, and Topeka Public Schools,Topeka, Kans. She was a member of Ada First United Methodist Church and a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority.

Survivors include a daughter, Kielen Yvonne Ray, Ada; her parents, Jack and Yvonne Ray, Ada; three sisters, Cynthia Ray Huston and husband Steve, Julia Ray Burwell and husband Jason, all of Ada, and Jennifer Ray Deen and husband Gordon, Austin, Texas; nieces and nephews, Stephenie Huston, John David Huston, Shelby Clifton, Brandon Clifton, all of Ada, Alex Deen, Austin Deen and Jackson Deen, all of Austin, Texas; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Bearers are Steve Huston, Gordon Deen, John David Huston, Alex Deen, Austin Deen and Jackson Deen.

SULPHUR — Graveside services for Loy Lee Hasting, 87, Sulphur, are 2:30 p.m. Friday at Oaklawn Cemetery, Sulphur. He died May 9, 2006.
