Robert Edwin “Bob” McNutt

Ada — Graveside services for Robert Edwin “Bob” McNutt, 83, Ada, are at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rosedale Cemetery. The Rev. Joe Dixon will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. McNutt died Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at his home. He was born March 4, 1931, in Ada to Jack McNutt Sr. and Blanche Crutchfield McNutt. He attended Ada schools and graduated from Ada High School in 1949.

Mr. McNutt founded McNutt Body Repair Shop in 1954. He served in the U. S. Army.

Survivors include two sons, Robert E. “Chip” McNutt and his wife, Brenda, of Ada and Larry McNutt and his wife, Cathy, of Carrollton, Texas; daughter, Sherie Loman of Norman; one brother, Jack McNutt Jr. and his wife, Carlene, of Ada; sister, Kathryn Woodruff of Ada; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son Terry McNutt; and sister Dorothea Skaggs.
