Rachel Lea Bray, 45, died Monday, Sept, 30, 2013, in Ada. 

She was born Jan. 10, 1968, in Talihina to Donald Bray and Wanda Taylor.

Ms. Bray lived most of her life in the Ada area. 

Survivors include her mother, Wanda Taylor of Ada; two sons, Richard Ellingson and River Chapman, both of the home; one brother, Donald Bray,  Ada; a sister, Stacie Thompson, Ada; one niece, Tara Thompson; and one nephew, Tracy Don Bray.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Bray; and her husband,  Rick Ellingson.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
