Roff —

Services for Linda Joyce Kirk, 69, Roff,  are 10 a.m. Saturday at Oak Grove Pentecostal Church, Roff, and 3 p.m. at Apache Pentecostal Church, Apache,  the Rev. Fred Bailey officiating. Burial follows at Fairview Cemetery, Apache.

Mrs. Kirk died Monday, July 22, 2013, at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born Feb. 16, 1944, in Apache to Loyd and Ible McBride McClure Sr. She graduated from Apache High School. 

She married George Matthew Kirk  Dec. 21, 1962. Mrs. Kirk was a retired custodian for Roff Schools and previously a home health provider. She was a member of Oak Grove Pentecostal Church for more than 35 years and a member of Heaven Bound ministries. 

Survivors include her husband, George Kirk of the home; two sons, George Matthew Kirk Jr. and wife Becky of Roff, Tim Kirk and wife Jennifer of Roff; six grandchildren, Dustin Kirk and wife Ashley of Roff, Ashley Tuck of Roff, Julie Pennington and husband Brent of Roff, Zack Clark of Roff, Cheyenne Bryant and fiancé Daniel of Lousiana and Samantha Bryant of Roff; five great-grandchildren, Kendra, Kristin and Dustin Kirk Jr., Branum and Cameron Pennington; three sisters, Laura Roberts and husband Alvin of Cement, Okla., Becky Barton and husband Ray of Chickasha, and Brenda Scott and husband Steve of Roff; two brothers, Loyd McClure and wife Ellen of Apache and David McClure and wife Belinda of Cyril; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Ible McClure; two sisters, Icey “Myrle” Williams, Florence Hood and a brother, Jerry McClure.

Bearers are Junior Kirk, Tim Kirk, Dustin Kirk, Brent Pennington, James Scott and Robin Grinstead.
