Norman —

Ruth Tucker Eeds, 82, was born to Everett Afton Tucker and Ida Melinda Woods in Ada, Feb. 7, 1931. She died Dec. 14, 2013, at Grace Living Center-Norman.

She worked at Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kan., for more than 10  years. 

She attended Free Will Baptist Church in Ada for several years.

Survivors include three daughters, Debbie Zetts and husband, Ed, Norman, Lee Nieto and husband, Paul, Norman, Lynn Spencer and husband, Terry, Del City; grandchildren, Lynlee Burden, Oklahoma City, Shane Vandiver, Moore, Tina Carpenter and husband, Harry, St. Paul Island, Alaska; great-grandchildren Mendy, Antwone, Kylie, Cody, Justin, Tarah, Abigail, Logan and Evelyn; great-great-grandchildren, Kendall, Meiana, Keiana, J’Cee, Sereniti and Abel; two sisters-in-law, Alleyne Tucker, Ada, and Vivian Tucker, Twin Falls, Idaho, and many nieces and nephews. 

A private memorial is planned early spring 2014. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your favorite charity.
