Clifford Eugene Cox

Allen — Graveside services for Clifford Eugene Cox, 76, Allen,  are 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at  Allen Cemetery, the Revs. Phillip Vinson and Joyce Cook are officiating. 

Family and friends may call at Criswell Chapel in Allen from 4 p.m. Friday until service time.

Mr. Cox died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, at his home. He was born Sept. 8, 1937, in Allen to Ray and Zellah Warren Cox. He moved back to the Ada and Allen area from California several years ago.

Mr. Cox was a cook at several restaurants in Ada including the Parkview Café and later a cook in Allen.

Survivors include a brother, Raymond Cox, Lone Oak, Ark.; a sister, Abigail Miller, Ada; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Able and James Cox; a half-sister, Pauline Langston; and a half-brother, Jewel Cox.
