Services for William “Bill” Elton Kempster, 70, of Byars will be at 10 a.m. today at Primrose Chapel in Norman. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin.

Mr. Kempster died Friday, April 5, 2013.
