Services for James Kenneth Webb, 85, of Sulphur, took place March 28 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Bob Langston officiated. Mr. Webb died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at the Oklahoma Veteran’s Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born Feb. 3, 1928, in Fitzhugh to James A. and Beatrice Moore Webb. He attended school at Fitzhugh. Mr. Webb was a material expeditor for Kay Engineering in Oklahoma City until his retirement. He had served in the U. S. Navy from Jan. 3, 1946, until being honorably discharged Nov. 3, 1947. Survivors include two sons, James K. Webb Jr., Austin, Texas, and Donnie Webb, Lexington; a daughter, Patricia Pfeiffer, Independence, Mo.; his companion, Dolly Garrett, Sulphur; three sisters, Margie Eldred, Chickasha, Betty Stanford, Sulphur, and Mary Gurley of Sulphur; a brother, Harvey Webb, Norman; and three grandchildren, Kelly Kronk, Joshua Pfeiffer and Kristen Garrett. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Ann Brown; two brothers, T. J. Webb and Bill Webb; and a granddaughter, Brandy Johnson. Obituaries may be viewed and online condolences sent to
