Konawa —       Services for Veline “Vee” Loretha Battles Scott, 62, a longtime resident of Konawa, are 10 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2013, at Assembly of God Church in Konawa. The Revs. Steve Lowrance and Mitch Williams are officiating. Burial is at 2 p.m. at Arpelar Cemetery in Pittsburg County. Mrs. Scott died  at home Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Family visitation is 5-7 p.m. Thursday, April 11, at the funeral home. Swearingen Funeral Home, Konawa
