Mildred Marie "Granny" Stonecipher

Stratford —

Services for  Mildred Marie "Granny" Stonecipher, 91, Stratford,  are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday June 12, 2013, at Pickett Community Free Will Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. John Henry Lippard. Burial will be in McGee Cemetery, Stratford. 

Mrs. Stonecipher died June 7, 2013, at Ada. She was born Feb. 9, 1922,  at Stratford to Forrest M. and Annie Jones Gentry.

She was married Feb. 10, 1937, to L.D. Stonecipher in Yeager. They raised their three children on a farm northeast of Stratford. Mildred lived most of her life in the Stratford area. She was a member of Free Will Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, the Rev. L.D. Stonecipher; a son, Charles; an infant son, Roger Wayne Stonecipher; a great-granddaughter, Jaden Kye Mantooth; and a brother-in-law, Doyle Stonecipher.

Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Gary Endicott and Kim and Andy Teachey, all of Stratford; seven grandchildren, Kalisa Paulin, Stratford, Kristi Morton and husband Bob, Stratford, Jenna Beth Fratrick, Oklahoma City, Chad Stonecipher, Austin, Texas, Kirby Payne and husband Jerry, Stillwater, Kortney Teachey, Blanchard, Bill Frankovich and wife Christy, Asher; nine great-grandchildren, Emry, Avry and Endy Wood, Braden Mantooth, Cade Paulin, Jace Fratrick, Gunnar and Sadie Stonecipher and Callie Payne.

Bearers are Bill Frankovich, John Wood, Jimmy Wood, Ryan Lavey, Jerry Payne, Lance Heckman. Honorary bearers are Avry Wood, Cade Paulin and Gunnar Stonecipher.
