FireByNight concert set for Dec. 31 in Ada

FireByNight, a youth movement for spiritual awakening and revival, hosts its annual New Year's Eve celebration — Converge — from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Dec. 31 at Kerr Dome on East Central University's vampus in Ada. Featured artists include Seventh Day Slumber, Fusion Worship Band, Catalyst Worship Band, Aaron Ray and Thomas Buckley.

Cost is $5 at the door. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Financial Peace University offered

Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University will be offered at Central Church of Christ for nine weeks beginning Jan. 15 on Wednesday nights at 6 p.m. Cost is $93 for new enrollees and $49 for alumni. (There is no charge for alumni if they don't want new material.)


APT hosts watch night service

Ada Baptist Temple will be bringing in the new year with an old-fashioned watch night service at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31. The service will include preaching from several men in the church and special singing from the ABT people. Refreshments will be served and a special video will be shown.

This special service is open to the public.
