ADA — "When I Find Bin Laden," a film produced by Oklahoma City's Phigment Philms and written by East Central University professor Mark Walling, will be shown in Oklahoma City's Bricktown at the Harkins Cine Capri Theater at 7 p.m., June 8.

The film appears as part of Oklahoma City's Dead Center Film Festival, and is being considered for Best Feature Narrative and Best Oklahoma Film.

The film has also been accepted to the Myrtle Beach and Night Gallery Film Festivals and is scheduled to be shown this fall in various states, including Arizona and Alaska, and various countries, including New Zealand.

The film explores the methamphetamine underworld of rural America and contains mature content. A trailer of the film can be viewed at phigmentphilms.com.

Walling says he is excited about the film's inclusion in these festivals and the positive response they have received from festivals thus far.

“Phigment Philms is submitting the film to mid-level film festivals in 2006 and plans to submit to large festivals, including Sundance, in 2007,” Walling said.
