Three Pontotoc Technology Center nursing students took their knowledge and skills on the road to represent PTC at a leadership conference in Dallas. Two brought home awards for their work.
PTC practical nursing students Tony Royse, LeRhonda Jessop and Tandy Deveney joined more than 9,000 fellow members and advisors at the HOSA International Leadership Conference June 27-30 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas.
Deveney earned the first-place award in the conference’s clinical specialty category.
Jessop brought home a second-place award in the conference’s home health aid category.
