ADA — Ada police seized the cell phone of a man who allegedly took a photograph up the skirt of an unsuspecting woman.

The alleged incident occurred at Ada Walmart last Friday. According to a police report by Officer Richard Hubble, a woman shopping at the store witnessed a man kneel down behind another woman and saw the man with his hand under the woman’s dress taking a photo with a cell phone.

The woman took out her cell phone and snapped a photo of the situation. The man left after hearing the cell phone snap. Police identified the man from the photo and obtained a warrant for the phone.

Officials are not releasing the names of the suspect, victim or witness at this time, pending further investigation.
