STILLWATER — The Oklahoma State University’s Center for Veterinary Health Sciences recently hosted its Annual Awards Banquet.  Among the honorees was Nicholes Mosier, Class of 2009.  He is originally from Ada.

Mosier received the second year Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association Scholarship.  Each class has one recipient who is a SCAVMA member, has a 2.5 GPA or above and has submitted an essay describing what SCAVMA contributes to their education and what they have contributed to SCAVMA during their veterinary school years.  Each received a certificate and $500.

The Center for Veterinary Health Sciences awarded $208,110 to staff, faculty and students during the awards ceremony.
