Emmy winners

Local residents Will Boggs, left, and Mark Bratcher won Emmy Awards for their documentary “Death of the Old West” about Ada’s 1909 hanging incident. The awards were presented at a ceremony Sunday, July 18, at the Will Rogers Theater in Oklahoma City, which was part of a live simulcast from the main awards site in Denver, Colorado. In less than four months of national availability, “Death of the Old West” has aired in 36 states and across Canada.
