ADA — An Instrumental Ensembles Concert by the Flute, Clarinet and Trombone Ensembles will begin at 7:30 p.m. today in East Central University's Estep Multimedia Center in the University Center.

The Trombone Ensemble will open the concert with The Calling by David W. Moore. The six-member group also will play Beautiful Savior by Mark Dunn and Variations and Fugue by Chip Stefano.

The Clarinet Ensemble will perform Dr. Mark Hollingsworth's arrangement of the Overture from "Il Re Pastore" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Chorale and Danza by Vaclav Nehlybel.

Bronson Warren, dean of students, will assist the Flute Ensemble on bass with Air from the Suite in D by Johann Sebastian Bach. The ensemble also will play Sortie by Louis Léfebure-Wély and A Gaelic Offering by Catherine McMichael.

Bagatelle for Four Clarinets by Clare Grundman will be performed by Kristen Bishop, Cylee Smith, Jessica Glover and Jacob Jones.
