OKLAHOMA CITY – Communities wanting to learn how to access funding for arts programs and support cultural heritage tourism are encouraged to come to the Cultural Crossroads Conference IV May 8-10. The conference will be held on the campus of East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.  

Keynote presenters will be Joy Jinks and Karen Kimbrel from Swamp Gravy, the state of Georgia’s official folk life play. Jinks and Kimbrel will share their experience in developing a cultural based economy within their small community.
