ADA — Charges against Michael Thomas Billy, 26, Oklahoma City, were filed by Pontotoc County District Attorney’s office prior to a 1:30 p.m. appearance in Judge John Miller’s video court on Friday. Billy was charged with first-degree rape, three counts of first-degree burglary, attempted first-degree burglary and assault with intent to rape.

If found guilty of the charges, he could face up to five years for rape, up to five years for assault with intent to rape and a possible fine of $500, and seven to 20 years for each of the burglary charges.

Billy’s bail remains at $1,000,000 set April 3 by Miller. Billy is ordered to reappear April 13, at 1:30 p.m. to allow him time to arrange for counsel.
