ADA — Descendants and other relatives of John D. and Margaret Pearl Smith Hudson met Saturday, Nov. 3, at Wintersmith Park Lodge for their third annual reunion with 50 people attending.

Keith Hudson received the prize for the oldest Hudson descendent in attendance and Bob and LaFaye Hudson received the prize for traveling the most miles.

A picture of John D. and Margaret Pearl Hudson that was taken of them in the summer of 1953 was auctioned. Flora Vanderlinde was the highest bidder.

Attending from Ada were Donna Patton, Audrey Murphy, Rickey Chappel, Max Hudson, Tim, Marsha, Rich and Elizabeth Eaker, Jimmy, Dorothy, Broc, Beau and Brig Ray, Josh, Oriana, Colby, Makinna, and Treston Eaker, Missy and Kaden Dudley, Eryka and Madison Imhof, Russell Hudson and Kinchata Ray.

Others attending from Oklahoma were Larry, Sue and Steve Yeargan, Pauls Valley; June Huddleston, Madill; Jim and Marilyn Ray, Michael and Kathy Hudson, Theresa Ray, Langston Ray, Roff; Flora Vanderlinde and Calvin Wilson, Oklahoma City; Sammye and Glen Gilliam, Tulsa; Jack, Sue and Mark Hudson, Chickasha; Roy Smith and Janie Johnson, Stonewall.

Family members from Texas were Keith and Alva Hudson, Benbrook; Terry and Carol Bratton, Abliene.

Cheryle Hardesty, Bob and LaFaye Hudson were from Minneapolis, Kan.
