Jewell has backstopped her varsity team at Harrah High School for the past three seasons, helping them into the playoffs all three years. In 2012, she helped the team into the Oklahoma State semifinals and was named to the all-city team for her efforts.
“Bree has all the technical tools to be successful as this level,” commented Bailey. “She’s excelled as a keeper with club and high school so I think she’ll definitely come in and help raise the level of our goalkeepers.”
“I’m extremely pleased with this group,” said Bailey. “I think we definitely got stronger in the areas where we needed and gained some valuable depth throughout. This group is not just filled with good soccer players, but they are quality young ladies who have excelled in the classroom and community and should be a great benefit to East Central. I’m excited to add them to the mix and look forward to seeing them develop over the next few years.”
