Fourth-ranked Cougars look to stay unbeaten in District 4A-2

Ada —

Sante Fe Sharp

The Ada Cougars got exactly the type of game they needed during a 63-0 win over Santa Fe South last week. Starters performed well and everybody got in on the action.

“We were really sharp on both sides of the ball,” Weber said. “We were able to run the ball real well and defensively held them to (57) yards of total offense. We approached the game the right way and got better.”

Senior receiver-defensive back Bryson Albert was named the Special Teams Player of the week after his strong outing against the Saint Bernards. Albert will be wearing No. 1 against Glenpool instead of his usual No. 9 jersey.
