NOTEWORTHY: Alexis Lambert went 3-for-3 with three triples, four runs batted in and three runs scored as Stonewall ripped Hartshorne, 12-2, in four innings on Monday. Teammate Jessika York went 2-for-2 with a triple, two RBIs and one run scored. Justice Dees and Katelyn Campise were each 1-for-3. Dees had a double, drove home two runs and scored once and Campise scored a pair of runs. Campise allowed just two hits and no walks while striking out one. The two Hartshorne runs were unearned.

NOTEWORTHY: The host Dale Lady Pirates used a big six-run fifth inning to overcome a 2-0 deficit and beat Konawa, 8-2, on Monday. Rachael Sharp drove in both Lady Tiger runs with a double as she finished 1-for-3 from the plate. Tarah Madron was Konawa’s only multiple-hitter, going 2-for-3 and scoring once. The Lady Tigers’ three other hits came from three other players. Dale compiled 10 hits.

Record: Konawa is 12-5

NOTEWORTHY: Lauren Trimmer was 3-for-4 from the plate with a homer, double, three runs batted in and a run scored as Roff downed Elk City, 4-1, on Friday in the Washington Tournament. Teammates Kaylea Riley and Darcy Bowerman were each 2-for-4 as Riley also scored a run. Tori Brown scattered six hits for the pitching victory.

NOTEWORTHY: Class 4A Pocola pounded out 13 hits and held Roff to seven in registering the 12-2 run-rule win on Friday in four innings in the Washington Tournament. Tori Brown was the only multiple hitter for the Lady Tigers, going 2-for-2 with a run scored. Brittany Stokes went 1-for-2 and knocked in a run and Amy Crawford was also 1-for-2 with a double and scored once in a losing cause.

NOTEWORTHY: Class 4A third-ranked Cache compiled 12 hits and rolled to a 13-3 rout of Roff in four innings on Friday in the Washington Tournament. The Lady Tigers had only four hits as Darcy Bowerman drove in two of the runs in a 1-for-2 effort and Jalee Hood was 1-for-1 with one RBI. Cache blew the game open with an eight-run fourth to put the run-rule into effect.

NOTEWORTHY: Class 4A No. 5 Purcell limited Roff to five hits in an 8-1 win over the Lady Tigers on Saturday in the Washington Tournament. Nicole Swallow went 1-for-1 and drove home Roff’s only run. Teammate Lauren Trimmer was 2-for-2 from the plate and Darcy Bowerman was 1-for-2. Purcell compiled 14 hits. Purcell is coached by former Roff mentor Kathy Gregson.
