Sometimes verbal communication can be misunderstood.
For the second time in recent days, Ada police officers found it necessary to make use of taser weapons to let suspects know they’re serious about what they command.
Patrol Officer Kylor Pool of the Ada Police Department reported he was unable to get Robert Walton to comply with his commands to show him his hands or to get on the ground Saturday about 7:45 p.m.
Walton had been pulled over seconds earlier near the intersection of 16th and Mississippi after the officer noticed Walton’s license plate had expired.
